What vehicles can be driven on the road? The main exemptions

Not all vehicles are subject to the bans. Some essential and strategic transports enjoy exemptions:

  • ✅ Intermodal and combined transport → Vehicles heading to interports and rail terminals can run 4 hours before the end of the ban.
  • ✅ Transportation of perishable and primary goods → Green light for transportation of fresh food, milk, drinking water, fuel, live animals, medicines and health products.
  • ✅ Vehicles bound for airports → Must have documentation showing loading/unloading of cargo.
  • ✅ Vehicles undergoing overhaul or repair → They are authorized only if they have a reservation for overhaul or in urgent need of repair.
